As a Talent Acquisition Partner at GE Vernova, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent across our businesses. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including role scoping, market research, sourcing, screening, and selection. Working closely with hiring partners, you will lead offer structuring, negotiation, and issuance, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage. Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as Talent Acquisition advisor for hiring team and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and hire managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market and peer organization research to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external applicants.
- Utilize innovative recruitment tools and channels to identify and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain inclusive talent pipelines that support diversity hiring objectives.
- Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and excellent candidate experience
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives in partnership with the Talent Attraction team.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop competitive and equitable offer packages aligned with internal compensation frameworks and market benchmarks.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization, including career development, culture, and total rewards.
- Acts as subject-matter expert and steers TA Transformation effort and process improvement initiatives in the region, and acts as a change agent and culture-shaper for the Business, HR and TA teams
Required Qualifications/Skills
- 8-10 years of work experience with strong preference for previous recruiting experience across sourcing, screening, complex offers, and stakeholder advisory into hiring top engineering talent across experience levels
- Advises hiring managers and senior leaders on talent markets for creating hiring strategies and trade-offs.
- Leads complex hiring and offer scenarios requiring advanced sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise on creating recruiting data and insights to optimize hiring outcomes and performance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. MBA (HR) is a preference.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Skilled in utilizing both traditional and creative sourcing methods—such as networking, headhunting, market research, and social media—to generate diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) especially Workday etc.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing candidate pipelines and talent pools, including talent mapping and proactive headhunting for passive and niche talent.
- Deep expertise in advanced sourcing and passive talent engagement
- Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights
- Proven experience shaping hiring strategies with senior leaders
- Strong negotiation and communication skills across complex hiring scenarios
- Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments preferred
