Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment process for the organization, ensuring a strategic and effective approach to attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across various functions. This role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define staffing needs, developing talent strategies, and ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and culture. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will also play a critical role in enhancing the employer brand, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, and mentoring junior recruitment staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring objectives.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
Education:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:
-
Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment processes and complex, senior-level hiring.

Experience in driving recruitment strategies, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and diversity.

Strong understanding of labor market trends, compensation strategies, and industry best practices.
Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.

Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in hiring.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS Certified Recruiter).

Experience with global recruitment or managing recruitment across multiple locations.

Familiarity with employee branding strategies and candidate marketing.
