  • To Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • To assist tp Prepare various letters to the employees like employment certificate, conformation letters, address proof certificates etc.
  • Manage attendance software
  • Resolve employee’s queries related with attendance & leave
  • To Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing events and activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employee development

Education & Experience

  • MBA in HR Fresher
