  • Human Resources Business Process Execution - Manages the execution of Human Resources business processes, seeking efficiency, accuracy, positive business performance outcomes and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; assures compliance with process and legal requirements; effectively balances process requirements and business leader needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
     

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR Business Partnership or Operations roles.

  • Responsible for talent acquisition activities for assigned business groups and functions across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia, delivering strategic talent solutions that support business growth and organizational success.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of talent market dynamics, talent supply trends and competitive talent landscapes, translating market insights into effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Leverages Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Employer Branding (EB) initiatives and talent attraction programs to strengthen hiring outcomes and enhance candidate attraction in targeted talent markets.
  • Drives diversity recruiting initiatives that support organizational diversity and inclusion objectives while strengthening diverse talent pipelines.
  • Ensures recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, company policies and data privacy requirements while effectively managing recruiting-related compliance and risk.
  • Demonstrates advanced AI and recruitment technology capabilities.
  • Demonstrates strong cross-cultural communication and influencing skills and collaborates effectively with regional and global stakeholders within a matrix organization.
