POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for providing oversight for consistent, accurate data and reporting and optimized utilization of resources across the Talent Acquisition (TA) Organization. The incumbent will analyze performance metrics and utilize predictive analytics to determine future goals and opportunities. The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst will have responsibility for managing data request form the business and Human Resource (HR) leadership.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Works with leaders across the Talent and HR Operations teams to track data and predict future forecasting TA trends.
  • Regularly conducts audits to ensure that all talent acquisition data is accurate and current in Workday. 
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of departmental process maps, SOPs, quality reviews and overall documentation on TA processes and policies.
  • Understands, analyzes, reports and drives improvements for the TA systems and technology including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Coordinates with Talent Acquisition leaders to establish, monitor and support key KPIs across the Talent Acquisition organization
  • Turns complex knowledge into simple and compelling presentations and serves as key liaison for Executive level requests for Talent Acquisition data reporting (BOD, HR Operating Reviews, etc.)
  • Works directly with HR Analytics team to fulfill external requests for Talent Acquisition data (Sustainability Reporting, Best Places to Work, etc.)
  • Supports Director, TA in overseeing all vendors across the Talent Acquisition organization and partners with Procurement and Talent SMEs to identify and implement new vendors as needed
  • Serves as the point of contact for all TA vendors and agency support
  • Creates a data roadmap to illuminate areas of opportunity and ways to work more efficiently in the TA department
  • Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned or apparent. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced business acumen and demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis and modeling to make business centered recommendations
  • Structured and strategic mindset; ability to break down complex problems and processes and deliver concise insights & recommendations to key stakeholders 
  • Excellent operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent project management skills, proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
  • Ability to influence and build connections at various levels across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data to create presentations for Executive level audiences
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter who can prioritize activities to achieve results in a rapid-paced, changing business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly articulate data results in an action-oriented way
  • Knowledge of managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and optimizing spending to achieve organizational goals
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables and connecting to databases

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 - 7 Years of overall relevant work experience
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics and reporting

The Republic Services Polymer Center is the nation’s first integrated plastics recycling facility. This innovative site processes rigid plastics from our recycling centers, producing recycled materials that promote true bottle-to-bottle circularity. We also formed Blue Polymers, a joint venture with Ravago, to develop facilities that will further process plastic material from our Polymer Centers to help meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging. We are building a network of Polymer Centers and Blue Polymer facilities across North America.

We continue to advance decarbonization at our landfills. As demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we have 70 landfill gas-to-energy projects in operation and plan to expand our portfolio to 115 projects by 2028.
