Job Summary

Exciting opportunity for those looking to be part of a growing product team that is driving the growth of HL7 FHIR and Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations at HCSC.
This position is responsible for designing enhancements to, optimizing the operations and performance of and maintenance of applications/information systems solutions within the Health Data Exchange space. The day-to-day accountabilities will be taking the business requirements and architectural definitions and building out technical solutions for our developers to implement. This role will also take the lead on Product Operations and “keeping the lights on” through proactive monitoring and coordinating multiple individuals in the resolution of any issues should the arise. This role is specifically for a Senior Systems Analyst role, but the team is undergoing rapid growth, and everyone wears multiple or different hats every day.

NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available
Required Job Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Professional IT experience in the Health Care Industry- Payer, Provider
* Professional IT experience with data integrations
* Professional IT experience working with Electronic Health Record systems
* Technical platform support and maintenance experience (Implementing COs, Production Verification, Defect Triage and Resolution)
* Experience with source-to-target mapping involving code set conversions
* Attention to detail, organized/methodical approach to work
* Ability build relationships with and coordinate activities across multiple teams
