What You’ll Do
As a Buyer, you will:
- Manages the purchasing process by preparing and generating purchase orders, requesting material quotations, and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with authorized suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze requests for quotation (RFQs) and drive competitive bidding processes
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk
- Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating supplier readiness, cost targets, and timelines
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure material specifications and requirements are met
- Lead cross-functional projects related to procurement and supply chain optimization
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and performance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when applicable.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain preferable within medical environment.
- Fluent in English

- May include variable start/end times outside of the company’s standard business hours of 7:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.
Compensation
Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.

- Advanced negotiation skills and experience negotiating supplier contracts
- Experience preparing and analyzing RFQs and managing competitive bidding
- Supplier performance management experience (KPIs, scorecards, continuous improvement)
- Support for New Product Introduction (supplier readiness, cost targets, timelines)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, mentorship ability, and ability to influence cross-functional teams
