Provides post-sales technical support for software products through phone and email, diagnoses and resolves system or configuration issues, manages escalations, documents customer problems and solutions, supports complaint and order processes, improves service procedures, and collaborates with technical and cross-functional teams to enhance customer and patient outcomes.

Sell and manage assigned orthopedic accounts: identify prospects, support territory sales, provide product education and fittings, assist with insurance paperwork and inventory management, maintain schedules/reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient care.

Analyzes financial and operational performance across company operations, prepares reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and performs variance, cost, and profitability analysis. Monitors purchasing policy and financial controls, collaborates with Finance and Operations teams, maintains financial documentation, and supports process standardization, continuous improvement, and reporting automation.

Manages month-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, trial balances, consolidations, audits, and financial reporting under US GAAP. Maintains accounting systems and chart of accounts, supports SOX compliance and process improvements, mentors colleagues, and contributes to M&A integration and special projects.

Sell and support Breg orthopedic products across an assigned territory: build customer relationships, meet sales quotas, measure and fit patients, complete insurance paperwork, maintain CRM records, travel extensively, attend trade shows and trainings, protect PHI per HIPAA, and mentor or coordinate with other territory associates as needed.

Manage purchasing and procurement activities including generating POs, RFQs, negotiating pricing and terms, driving supplier performance, supporting NPI supplier readiness, collaborating with engineering/quality/manufacturing, leading cross-functional supply chain projects, and mentoring junior team members.
