Sell and manage assigned orthopedic accounts: identify prospects, support territory sales, provide product education and fittings, assist with insurance paperwork and inventory management, maintain schedules/reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient care.

Lead tactical raw material purchasing and supply planning for manufacturing. Design and maintain supply chain processes, monitor inventory and supplier performance, mitigate risks, define and report supply metrics, support NPI teams, manage supplier relationships and Kanban programs, approve exceptional expenditures, and lead, develop, and manage a supply chain team in alignment with company policies and culture.

Provide clinical DME coordination and expertise in orthopedic settings: manage EHR DME workflows, perform fittings and dispensing, educate patients and providers, manage inventory and returns, support billing/EOOP and prior authorizations, deliver on-site account support, and analyze operational data to improve service and compliance.

This role involves achieving revenue goals in healthcare sales, managing accounts, providing mentorship, and executing strategic business plans across Oregon.

Support administration and improvement of the LMS and training programs: manage course assignments, content, reporting, and SharePoint resources; assist leadership development, create learning materials, evaluate e-learning content (SCORM), run communications and engagement campaigns, and participate in process improvement and L&D projects.

Sell and support Breg orthopedic products across an assigned territory: build customer relationships, meet sales quotas, measure and fit patients, complete insurance paperwork, maintain CRM records, travel extensively, attend trade shows and trainings, protect PHI per HIPAA, and mentor or coordinate with other territory associates as needed.

Support medical device and DME sales within a defined territory by prospecting referral sources, conducting sales calls, delivering products, educating patients and staff, troubleshooting issues, managing inventory and documentation, and assisting billing/compliance. This hybrid sales-service role is a development path toward Territory Sales Manager.

Manage purchasing and procurement activities including generating POs, RFQs, negotiating pricing and terms, driving supplier performance, supporting NPI supplier readiness, collaborating with engineering/quality/manufacturing, leading cross-functional supply chain projects, and mentoring junior team members.
