Tarkett is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to join our talented team. This role will lead/coordinate the implementation and development of tools and dashboards to support TNA Logistics and Transportation department. This position will report to the Sr. Manager Global Transportation and Compliance.
The expectation is that this person will use inventory and transportation-related data into meaningful outputs to support business decisions related to Transportation. An ideal candidate will have an inquisitive mindset that is willing to challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
Responsibilities include:

Conduct an in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Partner with stakeholders to create and implement BI tools, visualizations, and documentation in alignment with Transportation strategy that will drive key initiatives, actions, and populate measures for the day-to-day operations as well as executive reviews.

Design and produce analytics and reporting to support TNA initiatives with ad hoc analyses and investigations in key areas around the customer experience.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.

Author and update internal and training documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

Develop strong day-to-day relationships with business counterparts to better understand the needs and strategy objectives and ensuring those objectives are integrated into the new developments and met.

Experience & Education Desired:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics or Business Administration (with Supply Chain, Operations or Analytics concentration), Master’s degree, preferred.

3+ years of experience in transportation, inventory management, and supply planning with a master’s degree in supply chain/industrial engineering (5+ years without a master's degree)

Proven analytical abilities.

Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong continuous improvement skills.

Advanced knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau…)

High proficiency with PowerBI and database management

Advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel and Power Query is required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.

Understanding of APICS principles preferred but not required

ERP experience, SAP experience, Bits experience preferred.
