Lead SAP integration architecture and governance for a greenfield S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. Design reusable API-first integration patterns, build and maintain CPI iFlows and Groovy transformations, secure integrations (OAuth2, certificates), integrate SAP with enterprise systems, oversee SI deliverables, and drive testing, cutover, hypercare, documentation, and operational readiness.

Administer plant EHS and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA). Support ISO 14001 and permitting (Title V, water, SARA 313), conduct inspections and behavioral safety observations, deliver training, analyze trends and corrective actions, manage hazardous/non-hazardous waste, assist equipment hazard evaluations, maintain EHS databases, and spend about 50% of time on the shop floor.

Support multi-entity accounting and project accounting for a construction-focused business: billings, AP, reconciliations, WIP and percentage-of-completion reporting, fixed assets, month-end close, internal controls, and financial reporting to the Controller.

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for critical direct material categories (PVC, plasticizers, adhesives, etc.). Develop TCO models, negotiate complex supply agreements, manage supplier performance and risk, drive cost savings, support sustainability and cross-functional initiatives, and report category KPIs to senior stakeholders.

Lead strategy and execution for real estate, facilities, and utilities categories. Manage outsourced provider performance, oversee lease administration, capital projects, and utilities sourcing. Partner with plant leadership and finance to drive cost, service, and quality improvements through KPIs, contract negotiation, and data-driven solutions across offices, showrooms, and manufacturing sites.

Manage plant-level production planning across quarterly, monthly, biweekly and daily horizons: analyze demand, create and launch production orders, coordinate and supervise execution, adjust plans, collaborate with departments, contribute to production strategy, and monitor inventory levels.

The Regional Design Engineer will manage athletic facility design using AutoCAD, prepare civil plans, conduct water design calculations, and support sales teams.

The role involves ensuring manufacturing quality and product integrity, focusing on safety, sustainable practices, and innovative production methods.
