Global S&OP Planning

Support the monthly Global S&OP cycle including demand review, supply review, and executive S&OP preparation.

Consolidate and analyze demand signals across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, ASPAC, LATAM).

Identify supply-demand imbalances and develop mitigation scenarios.

Demand & Supply Analytics

Analyze forecast trends, order patterns, and inventory levels across global markets.

Partner with regional demand planning teams to improve forecast accuracy and planning assumptions.

Develop scenario modeling to evaluate demand shifts, capacity constraints, and supply disruptions.

Global Supplier & Production Coordination

Collaborate with international suppliers and manufacturing sites to monitor capacity, lead times, and material availability.

Track supply risks across cross-border supplier networks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure alignment between supplier commitments and regional demand requirements.

Product Line Planning

Manage planning analytics for assigned product families across multiple geographies.

Monitor inventory health, service levels, and production plans to support global supply continuity.

Support new product introductions, lifecycle transitions, and phase-outs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key supply chain KPIs:

Service Level / OTIF

Inventory Turns / DOH

Backorders

Provide executive-level insights to support business decisions during S&OP and S&OE reviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with commercial, finance, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on supply chain plans.

Facilitate regional communication to ensure consistent planning assumptions across global markets.
