Deine Aufgaben als Sr. Supervisor Clinical Liaison bei Align
- Führe und entwickle ein Team von Clinical Liaisons zur Förderung der Kundenadoption und klinischen Kompetenz im Umgang mit Invisalign®, iTero™ und ClinCheck®.
- Coache und begleite Mitarbeitende im Tagesgeschäft durch regelmäßiges Feedback, Mentoring und individuelle Entwicklungsmaßnahmen.
- Unterstütze Teammitglieder direkt im Feld durch regelmäßige Kundenbesuche und gemeinsame Termine.
- Plane und steuere das Onboarding sowie die fachliche Weiterbildung neuer Mitarbeitender innerhalb der Region.
- Analysiere Leistungskennzahlen, Programme und Initiativen und leite daraus Optimierungspotenziale und Maßnahmen ab.
- Bearbeite klinische Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und unerwünschte Ereignisse professionell und lösungsorientiert.
- Arbeite eng mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen und fördere die erfolgreiche Umsetzung strategischer Projekte.
- Präsentiere klinische Inhalte und unterstütze die Verbreitung von Best Practices bei Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Zahnmedizin oder vergleichbarer akademischer Abschluss im dentalen Umfeld
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Clinical Specialist, Clinical Liaison oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten klinischen Funktion.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse klinischer Behandlungsabläufe sowie moderner digitaler Dentallösungen.
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Coaching- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops oder Fachpräsentationen.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region und darüber hinaus.
- Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion.Kenntnisse der Kieferorthopädie, Aligner-Therapie oder digitalen Behandlungsplanung.
- Erfahrung in der Dental- oder Medizintechnikbranche.
- Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld

Skills Required
- Completed degree in Dentistry or comparable dental academic qualification
- Multiple years' experience as Clinical Specialist, Clinical Liaison, or comparable customer-facing clinical role
- Strong knowledge of clinical treatment workflows and modern digital dental solutions
- Proven leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Experience delivering trainings, workshops or professional presentations
- Very good English language skills, written and spoken
- High willingness to travel within the region and beyond
- Experience in a leadership/management function
