Sr. Strategy and Operations Associate (Remote)

About the Role
“Patient First” is Rula’s foundational value. Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, the Sr. Strategy & Operations Associate will be focused on Partnerships, where you will own company-critical patient experience metrics and processes. You’ll drive critical improvements that will propel higher new patient conversion and retention. Based on your work, Rula will be able to help more people who reach out to us for help with some of their toughest personal challenges.
You will manage a frontline team and get to work directly with Partnerships, Support, Finance, and Provider team partners to ensure that new and existing Rula patients have easy access to the care they need. You will own critical functions that drive patient outcomes and have the opportunity to test, iterate on, and improve new and existing processes.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations-based roles, with at least 1 year of experience managing frontline teams
3+ years of experience optimizing and creating operational processes
2+ years of experience interacting with customers via email and phone
Expertise working with complex customer funnels and maintaining 100% accuracy in customer records
Experience in utilizing excellent GSheets/Excel skills to manipulate data to inform and influence decision-making

Previous experience in a startup environment
Familiarity with service recovery/sales/outbound motions
Basic/Intermediate SQL knowledge
Past experience managing offshore and/or nearshore teams
