The Role
As the Senior Strategic Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for equipping teams with the training, tools, resources and support they need to achieve their targets and align with the company’s strategic objectives ensuring consistency, effectiveness and continuous improvement. Your passion towards the adult learning journey will be fundamental in the development and execution of enablement programs. You will be collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders, using your strong analytical and problem solving skills to make data driven decisions that will elevate the organization.
What You Will Do
- Crafting and executing comprehensive enablement strategies that align with organizational business objectives.
- Designing and leading training programs, workshops and coaching sessions to empower leaders with the necessary knowledge, tools and skills to drive growth and enablement on their respective teams.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on goals, processes and execution within the enablement function.
- Establishing KPIs and other metrics for ongoing measurement of effectiveness of enablement programs, identification of gaps and development of solutions for improvement.
- Leading change management initiatives related to new tools, processes and launches including the development of internal communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed.
- Overseeing and managing enablement tools including the designated LMS platform to ensure proper setup, usage, reporting and continued application.
- Maintaining a pulse on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices to continuously evolve the enablement function.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning, driving improvement and innovation and encouraging teams to seek out new skills and knowledge.
What You Need to Succeed
- Instructional Design Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience creating training content that meets diverse learning styles.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess enablement needs, measure training impact, and adjust strategies based on data.
- Experience in Enablement or Learning & Development: 5-7 years, preferably in a strategic or cross-functional capacity.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional enablement or L&D teams
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to influence, communicate, and align with various departments and leaders.
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Familiarity with Enablement Tools & Standards: Experience with systems like Seismic/Lessonly, Notion, Google Docs, SCORM , and/or xAPI.
- Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and prioritizing efforts.

Compensation(Company Bonus)
The salary range for this position is: $109,000 - $164,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
