Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining functionality and specifying requirements
Strategic Technical Leadership: Provide Domain-level leadership in defining the vision and architecture for Field Service and Outage Management digital, ServiceMax platforms.
Partner with senior technology stakeholders to align complex business requirements with long-term Salesforce/Leankor/ServiceMax platform roadmaps.
Program Ownership: Manage multi-generational project strategies, balancing high-impact business outcomes with system scalability and technical debt mitigation.
Standardization & Governance: Establish and enforce global project management frameworks and technical execution standards. Define the "best practices" for Salesforce, release management, and integration protocols across the global organization.
Complex Team Orchestration: Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams comprising both internal engineering staff and strategic external partners. Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
Operational Integration Strategy: Direct the execution of highly interdependent initiatives, specifically focusing on the integration of Salesforce Field Service, Leankor, and ERP. Ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across the service lifecycle.
Design: Serve as the technical authority for resolving critical roadblocks, architectural conflicts.
Translate complex platform capabilities and system health metrics into strategic business value propositions.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in with minimum years of experience 8 years in IT (Salesforce Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Leankor)
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Experience working with others on a global basis
Agile, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications.
