Overview
The Change Management Senior Project Manager will lead strategic change and communications efforts to enable the growth of Finance Transformation through speed and innovation. You will be key in ensuring project change initiatives deliver intended impact by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures, and plans that improve employee adoption.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Experience with and knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies and tools.
- Experience in implementing solutions in a highly matrixed international business environment
- Awareness of global and cultural differences. Experience with global change initiatives a plus.
- Ability to lead change management workstreams, conduct impact analyses, host change workshops, track against achievements, develop overarching messaging and deliverables, and mentor and counsel functional team members to ensure effective change, communication and training strategies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications. Ability to communicate complex information in simple, easy-to-understand ways to various audiences.
- Ability to take ownership and independently drive progress in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to engage/partner with multiple customers from all organization levels while driving time-sensitive solutions. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers using influence to move toward a common goa
Education/Experience
- A bachelor's degree is required; change management certification (Prosci or CCMP) is preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in creating and implementing organizational change strategies.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in corporate or employee communications, emphasizing organizational change and crucial communication.
