Job Description
This role is in the ServiceNow's NowX organization. NowX, ServiceNow's future product incubation team, is our organic growth engine. The team is responsible for identifying strategic new market opportunities, designing, and prototyping new product solutions closely with customer design partners and internal business unit stakeholders, and eventually bringing the product to the market. NowX operates lean and fast, with the goal of bringing two new products to market per year.
In this exciting new role, you will lead co-development of innovative new products in conjunction with our strategic customers and partners. Working together, you will discover unique user needs and journeys, gather requirements, and craft a vision and roadmap for an innovative new product. You will collaborate with your peers in Engineering, Design, and more to execute on the vision and bring your co-developed product to market.

  • Lead strategic planning, definition, and development phases for assigned products or portfolios, integrating customer and partner co-development opportunities.
  • Partner closely with our strategic partners and customers acting as a trusted leader, accountable for and committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
  • Discover and translate complex problems and user needs into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
  • Integrate usability studies, user research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams, define the vision and set the strategic direction, and drive consensus among stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • 12+ years of software product management experience
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
  • Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels
  • Strong technical background with expertise in product development methodologies and technologies relevant to ServiceNow's industry, particularly with the ServiceNow platform.
