What You’ll DoEngineer Resilience: Architect ultra-high reliability and fault tolerance for mission-critical clearing systems operating under the world’s most stringent regulatory demands.
Eliminate Toil: Eradicate operational friction by driving radical automation across the system lifecycle, implementing self-healing solutions that preemptively neutralize incidents.
Collaborative Building: Partner with development teams to bake SRE principles directly into the SDLC, ensuring high-volume financial applications are robust from the first line of code.
Master Observability: Champion cutting-edge observability and performance testing standards using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus to diagnose complex bottlenecks before they impact the market.
Strategic Leadership: Navigate complex environment deployments and release cycles, setting the gold standard for design patterns and governance across the portfolio.
Cloud Mastery: Deep hands-on experience deploying IaaS and PaaS solutions, specifically within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Polyglot Engineering: Proficiency in Java, Python, and Go. A background in Typescript or Rust is a significant advantage for our evolving stack.
