Act as technical, customer-facing liaison to translate feedback into product requirements, drive versioning, authentication normalization, telemetry, and CI/CD for publishing and governance.

Migrate and maintain applications in Google Cloud, implement observability, monitor system health, support production on-call rotations, manage incidents, conduct post-incident reviews, and improve operational resiliency. Lead development and maintenance of clearing house risk management and recovery policies, focusing on CFTC requirements. Support product management and development for long-term interest rate and U.S. Treasury futures. Analyze volume, open interest, and revenue; manage market maker liquidity incentive programs; engage with clients and internal teams; support sales outreach; monitor market structure and macro/regulatory impacts; develop expertise in interest rate F&O, OTC products, and fixed income securities; collaborate across product groups and stakeholders to resolve product issues.

Lead external communications and PR for equity, cryptocurrency and retail derivatives. Develop strategic positioning, media relations, thought leadership, content (press, bylines, social, video), reputation and crisis management, and executive communications. Serve as spokesperson, advise business leaders on messaging and launches, drive speaking and partnership opportunities, and own measurement/ROI for earned media and thought leadership.

The NOCC Engineer monitors and troubleshoots network infrastructure, responds to incidents, collaborates with teams, and ensures service uptime and availability.

The Sr. BLM Analyst will support CME's equity index business, manage data sets, create analytics reporting, and support product initiatives while collaborating across various teams.

The Sr Platform Engineer will build and automate cloud-native infrastructure, champion automation, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security for production applications.
