Establish database observability, SLOs, and SLIs; lead high-availability and disaster-recovery initiatives. Preferred work includes database infrastructure as code, CI/CD deployment pipelines, schema migrations, and automation using Shell or Python.

Manages global market data compliance audits for CME Group customers, including financial institutions and information vendors. Conducts on-site and remote audits, reviews market data consumption and permissioning systems, identifies policy violations, negotiates audit settlements, and assesses financial liabilities. Develops audit best practices, improves compliance processes, communicates findings to customers and leadership, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains global network infrastructure and services. Responds to alerts and incidents, manages tickets and escalations, performs network health checks, implements standard changes, supports migrations and upgrades, and commissions or decommissions network equipment and circuits. The role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and customers while documenting procedures, root-cause analyses, knowledge articles, and network diagrams. Weekend shift availability and CCNA certification are required.

Entry-level Site Reliability Engineer role supporting CME’s Globex trading platform. Responsibilities include learning observability, monitoring, alerting, automation, disaster recovery, resiliency testing, cloud migration, and production reliability practices. The engineer will write basic scripts, participate in blameless post-mortems, collaborate with product teams, and eventually join an on-call rotation under senior-engineer support.
