Summary:
In this role, you will work independently to serve a group of providers in KS, MO, and IN. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Spend Executives to enhance contract penetration and implement value-driven strategies. A key responsibility will be identifying potential savings within the supply chains while promoting the utilization of supply chain contracts and programs. You will play a crucial role in recommending relevant products and solutions that align with the unique needs of these providers. Your primary focus areas will encompass medical/surgical, pharmacy, lab, IT, purchased services, facilities, and more.
Responsibilities:

Identify and implement opportunities, including submitting contract documents, providing complex analytics to illustrate cost savings, and collaborating with the team to track savings.

Facilitate the onboarding of new provider resources for Vizient tools and solutions, ensuring these are maximized in partnership with Product Advisors.

Maintain relevant updates of activity within the CRM system for all assigned providers, including contact information, active opportunities, provider meetings, and essential communication.

Responsible for increased GPO contract coverage and working with members to provide analytics and convert new contract opportunities.

Provide documented quarterly reporting of available tier optimization opportunities and opportunities implemented/taken.

Act as a liaison between Vizient’s data intake teams and the provider to ensure proper submission and loading of member data.

Collaborates with suppliers, members, and Vizient product advisors to vet and present savings opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Relevant degree preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant business or supply chain in the healthcare industry or progressive experience in a healthcare organization is required.
• Category management, sourcing, or supply chain experience within complex healthcare/hospital client is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills required.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
