Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Researching and drafting marketing materials, presenting findings to management for review
- Reviewing relevant literature to ensure current marketing projects are informed by past materials and strategies
- Serving as the initial point of contact for marketing team communication inquiries and clarifications
- Providing mentorship and oversight to junior team members, guiding their project involvement
- Gathering market insights to inform and shape marketing strategies
- Assisting in the translation of business objectives into analytical frameworks for market insights
- Contributing to the creation of reports that measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Supporting the continuous improvement of marketing programs through analysis and reporting
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
