Job Description
The HR Technology Talent and Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Sr Specialist has responsibility for supporting the ongoing management of our company's HR technology solutions related to Talent and GTA processes. This position works closely with Process and Solutions leads within HR Technology, Operations as well as the Global Centers of Excellence (COE's). The Senior Specialist will support the Workday & Phenom People systems as well as assess and manage new demand for business requests and identify/recommend alternative solutions related to these functional areas. This role operates in a complex and matrixed environment and is expected to apply HR functional and technical expertise to drive performance. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR team member with project or operational team experience working globally.
* The working model for this role (Hybrid Or Remote) will depend on the location of the incumbent in relation to our office location*
Responsibilities

  • Support our company's Talent and GTA technology environment with a focus on Workday Recruiting including configuration, testing and support
  • Authors or facilitates creation of functional or data integration requirements to effectively enable solutions and partners with IT on implementation
  • Supports data privacy processes required to be followed as part of system changes and works with Data Privacy Office and data steward to ensure Local and Global Data Privacy and works council approvals are obtained, as required
  • Works with solutions and operations leads to define the testing strategy, develops test plans/scripts and executes and/or facilitates user testing
  • Executes changes as required to support ongoing demand based on priorities and assesses impact of bi-annual system updates. Serves as subject matter expert to consult with end users on appropriate system processes and procedures
  • Participates in projects and programs where functional processes are impacted, inclusive of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Partners with the solution leads, operation leads, global centers of excellence and IT to enable the evolving technology ecosystem
  • Supports Workday releases for areas supported
  • Enables technical needs in support of mergers and acquisitions


Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience


Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 6 years' of professional experience in HR, HR Technology, or related discipline
  • 2 years of workday experience being focused on workday configurations
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Workday system.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business processes and understanding of integrations.
  • Understanding of Recruiting and Talent business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics using Workday's reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems and translate HR/HRSS issues clearly and articulately into business terms.
  • Strong communication skills.


Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Vendor sourcing & selection experience
  • HR Business Process improvement experience
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow
  • Understanding of Phenom People process and configuration

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
