The Senior Specialist, Global Facilities Operations Program & Business Analytics coordinates initiatives. They support data-driven decisions and lead organizational change management (OCM) at Micron's global manufacturing sites. This position ensures that new and updated global facilities processes, tools, and analytics are adopted uniformly, understood well, and maintained long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Program, Analytics, and Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and improve global performance dashboards, benchmark trending, and executive-ready reports.
- Maintain project, program, and achievement tracking tools.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Assist with automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
Leading Organizational Change and Driving Adoption
- Partner with global program leads to plan, complete, and sustain organizational change initiatives.
- Assess change impacts to site teams and collaborators.
- Develop and deliver change enablement artifacts.
- Coordinate site onboarding and rollout activities.
- Supervise adoption, compliance, and efficiency.
Teamwork & Collaborator Engagement
- Collaborate with site teams, program owners, and partners.
- Promote regular feedback exchanges and ongoing refinement.
Oversight, Regulatory Alignment, and Continuous Advancement
- Support data reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Reinforce standard work and governance cadence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management and Organisational Change Management
- Experience supporting organisational change.
- Strong analytical skills paired with effective presentation skills.
