Summary of the Job:

 

The Consumer Disputes role is accountable for processing customer initiated credit bureau disputes received both directly and indirectly. Work with customer communications and in the eOscar system to perform research and resolve/respond to disputes and make any necessary corrections within stated FCRA guidelines. Work with other internal FNBO departments for the same. Use problem solving skills to resolve complaints and provide accurate and consistent information to customers and credit reporting agencies

About This Role:

 

  • Maintain monthly department productivity and accuracy standards, within specified timelines
  • Complete all required Learning and eOscar compliance and training tasks
  • Be an active participant in monthly training and coaching session
  • Provide suggestions to improve processes or procedures to improve customer experience as well as business unit efficiency

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Be respectful and professional in all relationships; exercise a willingness to be a resource to colleagues
  • Maintain PTO volumes within the stated attendance policy
  • Desired, Not Required:

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of applicable work systems – TBS, ACAPS, PUMA, EXL/Conduent, SalesForce, eGain, First Work, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $37,454.00-$59,927.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings. Please note, work location is subject to change based on business needs.
