Job Description

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Participation in all accounting related processes, including journal entries, close process, balance sheet reconciliations, sub ledger reconciliations, local accounting statutory compliance.
• Accountability over adherence to deadlines for Corporate/local deliverables as well as fiscal/tax compliance matters.
• Ensure alignment of all accounting transactions to Corporate Accounting policies.
• Perform financial analysis over financial statements, providing initiatives on maximizing financial results or metrics. 
• Active participation/involvement in both Corporate/Local audits (including internal audits, tax, fiscal, transfer pricing, local statutory/government audits)

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in finance and accounts is preferred.
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to take initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
