Job DescriptionAs a Senior Solutions Consultant at Sprinklr, you act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them design and implement solutions that leverage Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business outcomes across marketing, social, and customer experience functions.
You play a critical role in guiding customers through complex solution decisions, combining strong technical knowledge with business consulting skills to align Sprinklr’s capabilities with client goals.
At Sprinklr, Senior Solution Consultants bring credibility through their product and industry knowledge, with the ability to engage stakeholders, build trust, and deliver high-quality solution outcomes across sales cycles.
What You’ll Do- Act as a key member of the account team, partnering with prospects and customers during sales cycles to build confidence in Sprinklr’s platform
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client objectives, challenges, and current state across marketing, social media, customer care, Insights/VOC and CX
- Analyse customer needs and identify solution opportunities by:
- Researching business context and go-to-market strategy
- Developing solution hypotheses and value drivers
- Design and present tailored solutions leveraging Sprinklr’s platform, clearly articulating how technology supports business outcomes
- Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing) to:
- Deliver demos and presentations
- Develop solution architectures
- Align solutions to business outcomes
- Translate technical capabilities into business value, adapting messaging for both executive and practitioner audiences
- Stay current on industry trends across mar-tech, social, contact centre, and customer experience to support client conversations and solution design
- Provide support on complex deals and engagements, bringing structured thinking and problem-solving to high-value opportunities
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by:

- Experienced Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineer with a background supporting enterprise clients in a SaaS environment
