Here's a closer look at this key role:
Regularly interacts with LogicMonitor existing customers to scope implementations, technically assess the feasibility and approach for customer monitoring and Edwin AI use cases and integrations, in close alignment with the Edwin Product team
Act as Edwin AI delivery expert responsible for defining, capturing, and sharing best practices, acting as the primary conduit between Professional Services and Edwin AI product teams
Define, develop, build and maintain best practices for Edwin AI deployments; share expertise by mentoring regional teams and partners as necessary
Ensuring consistent high-quality delivery of Edwin AI across all geographies
Build and/or oversee accurate estimates for services proposals, including hours effort, timeframe and pricing with Sales, CS and customers to develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and design documentation
Regularly perform post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions with customers (requirements gathering, researching, prototyping and design documentation)
Works collaboratively with the Project Management and Solutions Engineer teams to guide post-sales services delivery, aligning project team to SOW deliverables, scope of engagement, and technical escalations (where necessary)
Assist regional Solutions Engineers with deployment of tasks and solutions during PS engagements; focus on the most complex engagements with oversight on less complex engagements
Regularly review Edwin AI and core LogicMonitor platform product updates and consult with other SAs on services approach for new features and enhancements
Work closely with PS leadership to drive value in PS offerings and where required make adjustments to current packages to ensure both value to the customer at a price that is commensurate to the level of effort required to deliver the offering
Work closely with Edwin AI product teams to evaluate product direction, raise product issues and provide customer feedback to help drive the product roadmap; participate in Customer advisory boards as needed
Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related field
8+ years experience of working as an IT professional supporting one or more domains of IT infrastructure: server, network, security, storage, virtualization, cloud leveraging best practice processes such as ITIL; software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications
3+ years experience in one or more programming languages: Python, PowerShell, Java or Groovy; Familiarity with HTTP, JSON, RegEx, REST APIs, OIDs and MIB files
Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning architectures and algorithms, leading large language models and autonomous agent frameworks
Subject matter expertise in one or more IT operations domain(s): Windows/Linux server, networking, security, storage, virtualization or cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with IT monitoring tools (LM, SolarWinds, Nagios, ScienceLogic, Zenoss, etc.)
Experience with IT operations workflows with the ability to document and map into required platforms
Experience in a customer-facing, professional services or consulting role
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to present and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences at the appropriate level
Able to work both independently and as part of a team of strategic thinkers
Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
Nice to Have
ITIL Foundations certification
Background in cognitive architectures or multi-agent systems
Experience with large-scale, enterprise software implementations
IT certification(s): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA or equivalent
Previous software development or consulting / services experience
Specific experience with Logicmonitor at an admin level is highly desirable
Previous integration experience with ITSM platforms is a plus
Previous integration experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable
Experience in facilitation, training, mentoring technical professionals

Skills Required
