Minimum 5 years of experience, as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments a plus.
Working knowledge in any ERP systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite) etc and related project coordination.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for sprint management and reporting.
Proven ability to drive Agile adoption and team performance improvement.
Experience working on integration, API-led, or middleware projects. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
It would be great if you also had
Certification in Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or II) .

What will you do in this role?
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles to improve delivery efficiency, collaboration, and process maturity.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs while tracking sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).
Coordinate with integration and middleware teams to align dependencies and deliverables with sprint and release goals.
Ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment through effective communication, risk management, and reporting via Jira and Confluence.
