The Opportunity
The GENAI Solution Architect develops innovative GENAI solutions in commercial and medical space and technology strategies and owns the end-to-end solution design strategy across teams. Solution Architect makes recommendations for new procedures and overall architectural approaches, partnering with enterprise and platform architects.
Accountabilities
Architecture Standards & Strategy
- Recommend and advocate target architecture, architecture strategy and vision and processes.
- Accountable for solution evaluation and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case.
- Gain acceptance of high-level design and detailed design documentation through enterprise and peer design reviews.
- Create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage shared platform capabilities and services, and meet financial targets.
- Consult DevOps teams regarding architecture-related concerns and direction, as well as alignment to overall technology strategy.
Technical Architecture
- Drive the overall technical design and end-to-end solution design for Next Best Experience.
- Design reference and application architectures based on specific business constraints, requirements and dependencies.
- Design architecture components, including design and documentation of architecture-relevant system or software changes or enhancements to all assigned systems.
- Review and identify gaps in architecture and solution designs, and assess and define remediation efforts or mitigation options.
- Drive cross-domain initiatives that are supported by end-to-end design.
- Apply digital standards to project Solution Architecture, and drive Technical Strategy and architectural tradeoff discussions.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements that the system analysts and other technical team members include in the project design and delivery.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing and data technologies
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Customer Data Platform, Einstein AI Platform and Agentforce
- Strong practical knowledge of machine learning methods and large language models
- Strong understanding of GENAI capabilities and agentforce capabilities
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and sales business processes and their trends
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
