Sr. Solution Architect (SF Bay Area / West Coast of US)

Location: (SF Bay Area / West Coast of US)

As a Solution Architect at Qdrant, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process, combining your technical expertise with a keen understanding of customer needs to provide tailored solutions that demonstrate the value and capabilities of Qdrant's vector database technology. You will work closely with potential clients, understanding their technical challenges, and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their requirements. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between the technical and sales aspects of our business, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to successful implementation.

Tasks

• Engage closely with prospects and customers by offering architectural guidance, showcasing Qdrant’s technology through practical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and during the entire design and implementation process.
• Partner with the growth and sales teams to craft engaging joint solutions and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Link Qdrant's solutions to specific business challenges faced by customers.
• Contribute to enhancing internal knowledge through the delivery of technical training, provision of sales materials, and coordination of collaborative solution workshops.

Requirements

• You have proven experience in the tasks mentioned above
• 3+ years of experience working at a database or search technology company.
• Excellent presentation skills, adept at addressing both technical and executive audiences through spontaneous discussions or structured presentations and demos.
• Extensive experience with large-scale database technologies, data warehousing, ETL processes, analytics, and cloud solutions.
• Skilled at linking Qdrant's solutions to specific business challenges faced by customers.
• Additional experience in (Pre) Sales is also a plus.
