As a Founding Engineer at Miravoice, you'll design architecture, ship features, and shape the product while improving AI voice technology and interacting with customers.

As a Founding Account Executive, you will drive the sales cycle, generate leads, become a product expert, and expand customer accounts, all while serving as a trusted advisor on voice AI solutions.

Lead growth for Rime's self-service platform across acquisition, activation, and monetization. Own website, signup/onboarding, docs, billing, partner integrations, experimentation, metrics, and user research. Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and ML teams to design and run experiments, define KPIs, and iterate on growth levers to convert awareness and signups into paying customers.

Own and improve Rime's React/TypeScript web app, build conversion and onboarding flows, architect analytics pipelines and instrumentation, implement growth-oriented features, and partner with product, marketing, and sales to measure and optimize user funnels and acquisition.

Build and maintain platform APIs and real-time, low-latency streaming speech infrastructure; support migration and integration (auth, billing, metering); harden and evolve TTS and end-to-end speech model serving; work across stack from infrastructure to platform APIs.

Design, implement, and operate Rime's real-time TTS model serving infrastructure across GPU-backed inference engines and APIs. Optimize models from single-node to disaggregated fleets, ensure compatibility with NVIDIA hardware, own CI/CD for serving, manage SRE responsibilities including on-call, monitoring, cost and resource provisioning for GPU fleets.

Lead full sales cycle for Roboto's robotics analytics platform: prospect, demo to engineering teams, close deals, and grow accounts. Generate pipeline through outbound, events, partners, and community; perform technical discovery and translate product capabilities into customer value while serving as a long-term trusted advisor.

Lead and coordinate engineering initiatives across teams: track the roadmap, triage priorities, remove execution bottlenecks (including small ad-hoc coding), maintain tooling and public docs, and own compliance burndown while aligning engineers, founders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead company vision, strategy, and execution; drive growth, fundraising, investor and board relations; build and mentor executive team; align organization, monitor performance, and create long-term value.

The Startup Enterprise Sales Executive will lead new-business acquisition, close high-value SaaS contracts, manage enterprise pipeline, conduct demos, develop business cases, and negotiate contracts in a fast-paced startup environment.
