What You'll Do:
- Lead assigned suppliers through enablement: outreach, onboarding, integration, testing, and first transactions with each buyer.
- Serve as the supplier-enablement SME; provide functional and technical guidance during implementations and customer projects.
- Configure, validate, and test solutions to ensure fixes/features work in each customer’s environment; manage cutover to go-live.
- Create and improve enablement templates, training, and documentation; tailor Coupa methodology to each customer’s needs.
- Collaborate with internal documentation, training, and product management; drive business-needs discussions, not feature checklists.
- Work effectively independently and in teams
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 3–5 years in supplier enablement, B2B integrations, or similar customer-facing role.
- Deep experience with cXML invoicing integration and strong cXML Punchout knowledge.
- Ability to create clear technical requirements and enablement documentation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organization and multitasking; excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable driving customer updates and troubleshooting directly with customers.
