Job Duties:
Create scalable user experiences and API/Service-based solutions while collaborating with an experienced team of product development professionals. Responsible for the entire product development life cycle encompassing conception, discovery, framing, development, deployment, measurement, and continuous improvement. Utilize front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Collaborate with Users, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to foster ideation and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. Lead technical design and architecture discussions. Lead software development projects. Document software programs with flowcharts, layouts, charts, diagrams and other documentation. Employ Test First and Acceptance Criteria Driven approaches to continuously test and deliver high-quality software. Implement mobile responsive designs to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices. Design and develop API services while adhering to industry best practices and standards. Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability. Perform code reviews & ensuring alignment with coding /design best practices. Support developing software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and mentorship. Actively pursue continuous professional growth by staying updated on new development tools, programming techniques, and best practices. Engage in educational opportunities, keep informed through professional publications, nurture personal and professional networks, and actively participate in relevant professional organizations. Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
The position of Sr. Software Engineer requires a Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience.
Additionally, the applicant must have experience in the following:
• Programming languages: C# or VB.NET & JavaScript, Java8 and above or JAVA/J2EE.
• Software frameworks: ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, ASP.NET, & ADO.Net, or Entity Framework & Springboot.
• Frontend scripting languages: jQuery or React.
• Application programming interface: Web API, Web Services, Windows Communication Foundation or Ajax.
• Unit testing frameworks: Microsoft Quality tools or xUnit JUNIT.
• Version control/Project management tools: GIT or Azure DevOps server.
• Application Integration (deployment) / Pipeline management: Azure CI/CD Pipelines.
Pay Range: $148,949.00 per year
