We are seeking talented Software Engineers who can create scalable user experiences and API/Service-based solutions while collaborating with an experienced team of product development professionals.
You will join a cross-functional, DevOps based, Agile team responsible for the entire product development life cycle, encompassing conception, discovery, framing, development, deployment, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborating with Users, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to foster ideation and deliver cutting-edge software solutions.
  • Leading technical design and architecture discussions
  • Taking the lead on software development projects
  • Documenting software programs with flowcharts, layouts, charts, diagrams and other documentation
  • Employing Test First and Acceptance Criteria Driven approaches to continuously test and deliver high-quality software.
  • Implementing mobile responsive designs to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices.
  • Designing and developing API services while adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Ensuring solutions meet non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
  • Performing code reviews & ensuring alignment with coding /design best practices
  • Supporting , supervising and developing software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and mentorship

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and best practices
  • Proficiency in integrating with external systems and services, utilizing REST, SOAP, or other relevant protocols.
  • Experience with version control systems and deployment tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, and Metadata API. Must demonstrate ability to manage and track changes across multiple environments while ensuring a smooth and controlled release process.
  • Mobile Platform Experience: Demonstrated experience designing, testing, and delivering responsive web and native mobile solutions for the iOS and Android platforms.
  • Integration Experience: Experience analyzing, designing, and delivering robust, secure, scalable Service Oriented Application Programming Interface (API), Micro-Service and batch extract/transform/load (ETL)based solutions on modern platforms in a heterogeneous, multi-platform, multi-partner technology landscape.
  • Mulesoft Expertise: Experience delivering robust, secure, scalable enterprise integration solutions on the MuleSoft platform (Runtime 4.3+, API Manager, CloudHub 1.0/2.0, AnyPoint Studio, Dataweave, Orchestration, and MessageQueues)
  • Salesforce Solution Delivery Experience: Experience delivering robust scalable front end and back-end solutions on the Salesforce platform through declarative configuration, software customization, and 3rd party Integrations.
  • Salesforce Development Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers, Flows, and Process Builder, and Lightning Platform.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Development Platform: The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding and expertise in various aspects of the Salesforce Development Platform. This includes a strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), Triggers, Flows, Process Builder, and the Lightning Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform limits and governor limits, with the ability to optimize code and configurations to ensure efficient utilization of resources and enhance performance.
  • Salesforce Certifications: The candidate should hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. These certifications validate their expertise and proficiency in Salesforce development and serve as a testament to their commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Advanced Apex Development Skills: The candidate should have extensive experience in Apex development, including writing efficient code, implementing best practices, and adhering to coding standards. They should be capable of developing custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to meet complex business requirements. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of governor limits, asynchronous processing, and batch Apex.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Design System (SLDS) and front-end development frameworks like Aura and LWC.

  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, VB.Net, Android or iOS. SQL/T-SQL and JavaScript is essential. Software engineers should have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
    • Data / Database Skills: Competence with relational and noSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB) including proficiency with Data Definition Languages, Data Mark-Up Languages and ability to design and create database tables, views, functions, indexes etc. Proficiency with implementing performant stored procedures and the ability to interpret explain plans.
  • Cloud Skills: Experience working in Hybrid and Cloud based environments where essentially all things are handled "as code" and promoted via automated pipelines which incorporate audit, quality, and security controls. Azure experience preferred.
  • Containers: Experience working with OCI compliant containers. Docker preferred.
  • Kubernetes: Experience with container hosting and management systems such as Kubernetes, Azure Container instances, App Service and Openshift
  • Experience with source code management applications such as GIT. Git preferred.
  • Extensive track record of successfully delivering highly robust and scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
