Sr. Software Engineer (Mobile Developer)

We are eagerly seeking for a strong and enthusiastic Senior Mobile Developer (React Native), to join our dynamic Application Engineering team. In this role as Senior Mobile React Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the high-quality mobile application that powers the platform. You will work very closely with our other Engineers, cross-functional teams to design, build and deliver innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions platform.a

Responsibility

• 7+ years of Experience in Mobile application development in Android/iOS/Both + React Native
• Expert in designing and building mobile applications using web services for different mobile platforms Android/iOS/Both.
• Experience in developing universal apps across Android and iOS versions and resolutions.
• Proficient in Android Java, Kotlin with strong object-oriented design skills.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Android Studio, Studio Tools, Profilers, Gradle, GIT & JIRA.
• Excellent knowledge of Objective-C. Strong knowledge of Swift.
• Proficiency in XCode, Interface Builder and Instruments.
•  Knowledge of software architecture and Solid understanding of mobile app design patterns like - MVC, MVP, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, MVVM pattern, Clean Architecture etc.
• Strong experience in mobile release management and publishing apps on App Store (iOS) and Play store(Android).
•  Adhere to security and data protection guidelines for mobile applications.
• In depth knowledge of unit testing approach and related tools like JUnit, React native testing tool.

Nice to have

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in building mobile applications using React Native.
• Proficient in writing, building and debugging react native using cross platform IDEs Visual Studio Code, Xcode and Android Studio.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React Native, ES6, and React;
• Strong knowledge of 3rd party JavaScript libraries, Navigation, Redux, Redux-Thunk, Hooks and State management.
• Good knowledge in TypeScript and Integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of React native bridge concepts
• Strong knowledge of React native UI framework, Flex and Style guideline
• Stay updated with React Native trends and best practices for efficient app development along with SDK changes, build tools, and libraries.
• Proficient in debugging react native applications and resolving issues specific to cross-platform mobile development.

Good To Have

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Fastlane and other databases like SQL for data manipulation and storage.
• Familiarity with cloud services like Google cloud services, AWS and Azure etc.
• Familiarity with latest AI or Mobile technologies like Gemini.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Strong focus on code quality and problem-solving techniques.
• Should be able to understand server-side software development technologies, e.g. REST, JSON, Java, .net, XML, RDBMS etc.
• Experience in software design, estimation of development tasks, testing, QA process, pair programming, troubleshooting.
