8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development technologies and frameworks.
9. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers to foster their professional growth.
10. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products on schedule.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 6-7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java, Angular, Node.js, and React.
3. Proficiency in building full-stack applications using modern web development frameworks and tools.
4. In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
5. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
6. Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
7. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
