Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using GoLang and Java Springboot and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. HTML5, React)
- Support and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption wherever beneficial
- Usage of AI Tools like M365, Github Coplit, P R Code Review and other latest AI tool set
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Solid experience with front-end technologies: GoLang, HTML5, Java Springboot, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
- Knowledge of latest AI technologies, AI tools, M365, Github Copilot, Builder.io etc.
- Good Knowledge in DevOps tools and practices: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM/Bicep
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
- Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
