The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.
What You Will Do• Understands how the Blue Yonder/JDA solutions within area of focus can be integrated and configured to better facilitate business processes• Understands JDA data model, integration points and the order in which these must be executed• Conducts and leads business requirements analysis and solution design that leads to writing detailed functional and technical specifications• Identify and analyze integration/data issues that affect Batch Job execution and quality of results• Developing and maintaining custom batch scripts• Lead performance root cause analysis and tuning efforts• Serves in a leadership capacity by leading team(s) through all technical aspects of the SDLC process, including requirement analysis, design and implementation, estimations, and other aspects of iterative development• Accurately size complex requests• Ensure high quality implementations through the application of Lowe's methodologies and procedures• Interact with peers, management, and product team on a daily basis• Participate in project planning• Facilitate timely issue resolution• Identify and track risks• Ensure documents are complete, current, and stored in appropriate location• Interact with 3rd party vendors• Coach and mentor team members
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and 7+ years of experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• 5+ years of experience working on Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand , Fulfillment, Inventory optimization modules.• 4+ years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)• 5+ years of experience in database technologies, Unix Shell scripting and PL/SQL procedures.
Preferred Qualifications• • Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field• 3+ years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports• 4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization• 3+ years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework• 5+ years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions• 5+ years of experience working with third party IT vendors and/or software solution providers• Retail systems knowledge• Jira/Confluence experience

Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $175,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
