The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing Engineering group in AspenTech, leading and building the next generation solution for production execution, serving our various Fortune 500 customers in the engineering and chemical industries. You’ll join and lead a team of skilled, talented, and passionate people, always bringing the industry best practices to our products. This is a great opportunity to lead design/develop industrial cloud native applications, join the booming market of production execution solutions, and be part of a fast-growing company on the leading edge of the industry.Your Impact- Design, develop, maintain, and support new and existing engineering software applications.
- Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure products are adequately tested and meet QMS quality standards
- Observing user feedback to recommend improvements
- Identify and fix issues within current project.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related software engineering discipline or equivalent.
- C#/.NET knowledge using LINQ and Lambda expressions
- Producing efficient and good practices based on requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated technology leadership (e.g., provide mentorship to other developers)
- English fluency (written and verbal) required
- Knowledge of automated unit tests
- Experience with API development using GraphQL and REST approaches.
- Experience working with US companies is a plus.
