Senior Project Manager – UKG Pro Implementations
UKG is looking for a customer-focused Project Manager to lead implementations of UKG Pro Suite customers. In this role, you'll manage multiple implementation projects, partner with customers and internal teams, and help ensure successful, on-time deployments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resource needs.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Set clear customer expectations and communicate project progress regularly.
- Manage scope changes and keep projects on track.
- Facilitate meetings with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Hold project teams and customers accountable for key milestones and commitments.
- Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional or virtual teams.
- Experience working with complex customer implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SaaS implementation experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer consulting skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customer executives.
- Strong decision-making, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience managing project risks, negotiations, and escalations.

The pay range for this position is $83,500 to $119,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
