Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and components within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance through proper configuration and code standards
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services
- Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform updates, and emerging best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and version control (Git)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
