Position: Salesforce Senior SQA Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Senior SQA Engineer with 5+ years of software testing experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business processes while ensuring high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test cases.
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Perform API, integration, data migration, and database validation testing.
- Validate Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and business process configurations.
- Log and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, release testing, UAT support, and production validation.
- Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of software QA experience, including strong Salesforce testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, data validation, and integration testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
- Knowledge of Apex, triggers, Salesforce security, and deployment processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
