Develop and configure Salesforce solutions, integrations, workflows, security settings, reports, dashboards, and custom objects. Analyze business and technical requirements, design and document systems, test releases, manage system health, and guide developers. Lead technical activities on complex projects, estimate and prioritize requests, advise on Salesforce best practices, support user adoption, and communicate project status with stakeholders.

Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, React, and REST APIs. Build and optimize database models and queries, collaborate with UI/UX designers, participate in architecture discussions, write testable code, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and deploy applications to Azure or AWS. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability while following agile development practices.

Build and deploy production-grade LLM applications, AI agents, models, and scalable RAG pipelines for investment and business workflows. Architect secure MCP integrations with enterprise systems, establish MLOps and LLMOps practices, optimize model performance and latency, and develop evaluation, monitoring, governance, and rollback processes. Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to provide secure, governed access to organizational data.

Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, automations, integrations, and custom components. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, ensure data integrity and performance, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, document implementations, and provide ongoing platform support. The role requires expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, APIs, middleware, and Salesforce development best practices.
