We are looking to hire a certified Scrum Master to join our Agile software development team. The Scrum Master will facilitate, help guide, coach, and enable the Scrum Teams in the Agile process delivery process. Position Overview:

The Scrum Master will facilitate, help guide, coach, and enable the Scrum Teams in the Agile process delivery process. They will work closely with the team to help them deliver faster, efficiently, more collaboratively and with higher quality. This position will also work closely with product, engineering, other Scrum Masters and stakeholders
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures delivery teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentors and motivates the teams to improve processes, facilitates meetings and decision-making processes
- Holds teams to sprint commitments and helps ensure the team stays focused on sprint priorities
- Facilitates and supports standard sprint ceremonies for the Scrum Team: Scrum, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, PI plannings, inspect and adapt and retro
- Act as an Agile champion by promoting best practices and providing guidance to scrum teams
- Ensures transparency into the team's work through the sprint backlog, burndown chart, rolling velocity and other Agile metrics
- Identify and communicate risks/issues on schedule, resource capacity and scope from scrum teams
- Helps to resolve team impediments and ensures the team stays focused on the sprint goal
- Works with other Scrum Masters to evolve process, grow the framework, and advance Echo's Agile Center of Excellence
- Builds self-organized, self-governed, sustainable, high performing teams that deliver continuously with built in quality and look for continuous improvement opportunities
- Embody agility using a servant leadership approach with the product owner, Development team and leadership
- Help teams transform into highly cross functional and collaborative teams in a scaled agile process
Required Skills:
- 4-7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment and leveraging agile methodologies
- 4-7 years of experience in Technology and working across IT and Business organizations supporting delivery of projects
- Demonstrated experience in different agile methodologies such as: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and PI planning
- Ability to support multiple Scrum teams
- Deep understanding of Scrum Framework and the agile principles
- Experience helping companies achieve Agile and/or Scaled Agile transformation
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, work breakdown and other Scrum techniques
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
- Agile project management tooling: Azure Devops for tracking Sprint work and metrics reporting with dashboards
- Metrics and Analytics tools: tools such as PowerBI, google analytics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana
- Devops and CI/CD tooling and experience: Continuous integration and deployment understanding with Azure Devops pipelines, GitLab, SQL and Kubernetes.
- People management experience
- Exudes a positive attitude and supports and personifies department standards and initiatives
- Flexible to evolve as department and company initiatives change
- Bachelor's degree and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent

Nice to have:
- SAFe Program Consultant Certification (SPC) or equivalent
- SAFe certifications from practitioner, leadership, and coaching levels
- 2-4 years of work experience in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment as well as experience in guiding or transforming teams into scaled Agile environment
