- Complete onboarding, gaining familiarity with our enterprise systems and ongoing Commercial initiatives
- Provide feedback on your onboarding experience, embodying our value of continuous improvement
- Build relationships across various cross-functional teams to understand their unique challenges and Commercial opportunities

Beyond 30 days
It’s a technical leadership seat on a high-performance team where you’ll help scale expertise, set the bar, and lead others to success. You’ll bring deep Salesforce expertise, clear judgment, and calm execution to Revvity portfolios, and you’ll elevate everyone around you while doing it.
You’ll lead:
- A portfolio of Salesforce eco-systems, with Field Service, ServiceCloud, CPQ as a key focus.
- Architecture and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
- Reviews, design critiques, and escalations, making sure what ships is worth shipping.
You’ll scale your impact by:
- Mentoring and supporting teammates in real time and through structured training.
- Defining and enforcing technical standards and delivery quality.
- Developing reusable templates, reference architectures, and solution patterns.
You’ll step in when:
- The project is technically complex, and the client needs confidence.
- A teammate hits a wall and needs clarity, not just a fix.
- A pre-sales conversation needs technical vision, not just scope alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has 7+ years in Salesforce across real business problems and complex organization.
- Has led multiple full-cycle projects across Field Service, Boomi, and CPQ.
- Writes and reviews Flows, Apex, and LWC, and owns complex integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Holds certs like Admin, Platform Dev I, and ideally Field Service Consultant.
- Knows when to use Flow vs. Apex, when to abstract vs. build custom.
- Has set technical standards, built reusable templates, and reviewed work for scale.
- Advises stakeholders, coach’s teammates, and brings clarity where others stall.
- Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Work Order Management and Field Service
- Collaborate in daily scrums with the Salesforce development team to progress assigned user stories through the sprint
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other vendor engineering teams to develop solutions for Life science service/technician business requirements
- Execute on Salesforce user stories (Configuration, LWC, Apex, Integration, etc.)
- Drive technical designs for user stories and articulate to extended development team members as needed
