Your role involves leading execution of training strategies within the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our salesforce. Your role will be pivotal in the onboarding and ever-boarding of our sales community, enhancing sales effectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization across China, Asia Pacific, and India.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team in China, Asia Pacific, and India.
- Partner with the global Sales Enablement organization to develop the Industrial Automation learning and development agenda, being the voice for the needs of sellers across China, Asia Pacific, and India.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in China, Asia Pacific, and India to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars in Mandarin and English
- Support new seller and sales manager onboarding processes across China, Asia Pacific, and India
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training
You Must Have
- 5+ years of sales training
- 2+ years of experience working across cultures in Asia
- Demonstrated track record of delivering successful sales training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
