Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team in China, Asia Pacific, and India.
  • Partner with the global Sales Enablement organization to develop the Industrial Automation learning and development agenda, being the voice for the needs of sellers across China, Asia Pacific, and India.  
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in China, Asia Pacific, and India to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars in Mandarin and English
  • Support new seller and sales manager onboarding processes across China, Asia Pacific, and India
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training
Qualifications

You Must Have

  • 5+ years of sales training 
  • 2+ years of experience working across cultures in Asia
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering successful sales training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
