Job Description
岗位职责:
- 负责上海及江苏地区半导体行业客户的开发、维护与深度关系拓展;
- 深入理解客户工艺制程及分析检测需求,提供专业的产品解决方案及技术支持;
- 执行销售计划,完成季度及年度销售指标,跟踪项目进展并推动落地;
- 收集市场动态、竞争对手信息及客户反馈,为产品优化和市场策略调整提供支持;
- 参与行业展会、技术研讨会等活动,提升公司在半导体领域的品牌影响力;
- 协调内部技术与售后团队,确保项目顺利交付及客户满意度。
岗位要求:
- 材料科学、电子工程、化学、物理或相关专业本科及以上学历(优先);
- 3年以上分析仪器、半导体设备或相关领域销售经验,拥有半导体行业客户资源者优先;
- 熟悉半导体制造工艺(如前后道制程、封装、测试)及常见分析检测需求;
- 具备良好的沟通能力、商务谈判技巧及客户关系管理能力;
- 自驱力强,具备目标导向意识,能适应频繁出差及快节奏工作环境;
- 英文可作为工作语言者优先;
- 熟悉ICPMS、分子光谱、色谱、热分析等产品者优先;
- 了解半导体制造及各类半导体材料者优先。
