SR. SALES MANAGER, CANADA (STARLINK ENTERPRISE)

The Starlink Enterprise Sales team is hiring a results-driven Sr. Sales Manager to drive Starlink adoption across Canada. This role reports directly into the Enterprise Sales Director – Canada and will play a key part in building Starlink’s enterprise presence in the Canadian market. Starlink delivers high-performance connectivity with the power to transform Canada’s largest enterprises, critical infrastructure, and organizations. 

The primary focus of this role is large enterprise and Top Fortune accounts, with secondary coverage of SLED and government opportunities. The ideal candidate is a high-performing hunter who thrives in a greenfield environment, builds strong relationships with Canada’s largest enterprise organizations and ecosystems, and consistently wins complex deals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for assigned Canadian territory/accounts with full accountability for pipeline and closed business
  • Develop and execute territory strategy focused primarily on large enterprise and Top Fortune accounts, followed by high-value SLED and government opportunities
  • Build a robust pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging channel partners
  • Conduct discovery and new business meetings, qualify opportunities, and clearly communicate Starlink’s value proposition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Canada’s largest enterprise organizations
  • Deliver compelling proposals and lead winning sales campaigns from first contact through close
  • Collaborate closely with resellers, channel partners, and internal teams (including the Canada Director, product, market access, and support) to co-sell and expand opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, manage sales activity, and deliver weekly reports and quarterly business reviews
  • Represent Starlink professionally in customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events across Canada

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven enterprise sales track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets 
  • Experience selling complex technology, connectivity, or telecommunications solutions into large enterprise / Top Fortune accounts 
  • Strong existing relationships or experience working within Canada’s largest enterprise organizations and ecosystems 
  • Experience with Canadian SLED (provincial, municipal, education) or government accounts as a secondary strength 
  • Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of business results 
  • High intellectual and emotional intelligence, integrity, and resilience 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and hardworking 
  • Strong interface skills with customers, resellers, and internal stakeholders 
  • Working knowledge of Starlink (or ability to quickly ramp) sufficient to communicate value to sophisticated enterprise buyers 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be based in Canada (or willing to relocate) 
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed 
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% of the time across Canada to customers, partners, events, and other SpaceX locations as required
