About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to help our sales team perform at their best. In this role, you'll own the content, training, and programs that give our reps the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to win. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate strategy into practical, high-quality resources - from onboarding to ongoing coaching.
This is a great fit for someone who's been in sales or sales-adjacent roles and understands what reps actually need (not just what looks good in a deck).
What You'll Do
Design and maintain sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, and messaging guides that reflect our current positioning
Own and continuously improve the sales onboarding program for new AE’s, SDR’s and SC’s
Build and deliver training on product updates, new methodologies, and key selling skills
Partner with Marketing to ensure field-facing content is accurate, current, and actually used
Track enablement effectiveness - measure what's working, iterate on what isn't
Support the rollout of new sales initiatives and process changes with clear communication and training materials
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related role (sales experience a plus)
Strong writing and communication skills - you can distill complex information into crisp, usable content
Experience building structured training programs, not just one-off presentations
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales motions ( mid-market and enterprise experience preferred)
A builder's mindset - you're excited about creating things from scratch and improving them over time
Nice to Have
Experience at a high-growth startup (Series A–C)
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Attention, Amplemarket
