Your Impact
As an SDR, you are the engine of our pipeline and the first impression prospects have of ExtraHop. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Account Managers, shaping account strategies, driving engagement, and opening doors at some of the most exciting enterprise companies in the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting across DACH and Central Europe using calls, email, video, social, and creative outreach.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to build account plans, align on messaging, and target the right personas.
  • Deliver high-quality meetings and opportunities that directly fuel regional revenue growth.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively.
  • Document everything in Salesforce with discipline and precision.
  • Stay sharp on the cybersecurity landscape and use that knowledge to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Hit — and ideally exceed — activity, meeting, and pipeline KPIs.

What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years of SDR / BDR experience (preferably in SaaS, enterprise IT, or cybersecurity).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English.
  • High outbound activity level and confidence to break into enterprise accounts.
  • Growth mindset: coachable, curious, proactive.
  • A team player who loves working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional partners.
  • A strong internal engine — you want to win, create value, and build a career in sales.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity or network visibility solutions.
